In order to make this happen, we use the same proven methodology for all of our projects. This approach consists of three distinct phases: Strategic Planning, Development and Deployment.

• Strategic Planning - In this phase we work with our clients to discover opportunities and prioritize objectives. This enables our consultants to determine both the short-term and long-term goals as well as to create a development plan that will enable our clients to realize the value of their investment.
  
  
• Development - We then take the development plan created in the Strategic Planning phase and turn it into a working application. We meet with our clients regularly to ensure that the project is on track, within budget and to eliminate any issues before they become problems.
  
  
• Deployment - Once the application has been completed, documented and thoroughly tested we enter the third phase. This is where we transfer knowledge about the system, train end-users and support the finished product to make certain that our clients get the most out of the application.
